We are now offering a Concierge Dental Implant Service to our referring dentists.

• This includes a free consult for your patients that are interested in implants. This consult will include a no charge CBCT and quote for their treatment.
• Surgery: We will place the implant and take an ISQ test to ensure integration after the healing period.  We do custom surgical guides for implants when indicated.
• Concierge Service: (For Single unit Implant Crowns or Implant Bridges).
  1. We will take a digital scan for the implant restoration at the same appointment we confirm implant integration with an ISQ reading.
  2. We will design and fabricate the final restoration using genuine Straumann parts using our dental lab partner that works in house.
  3. We will send the final restoration to your office for the final seat with a lab bill. The referring dentist gets the full dentist restorative fee.
     • Benefits of Concierge Service:
       • Less chair time for referring dentist: No appointment for implant scan/impression.
       • No need to stock costly impression copings or scan bodies.
       • Fewer appointments and more convenience for your patients.

The first time you try our Implant Concierge Service; we will offer a free Straumann Prosthetic Kit including drivers and torque wrench. We place Straumann Implants exclusively.

We offer a full range of dental implant services at SDC.  This include single tooth implants, implant supported bridges, fixed or implant retained dentures including All on X or 3 on 6.  If you have a patient that requires any of these treatments including full mouth rehabilitation we offer of these services.

Dr. Abougoush has been placing implants since 2007.  He is a graduate and mentor at the Kois Center and has comprehensive training in full mouth rehabilitation.
